While I am all about dining out to support local businesses (especially right now), sometimes it’s not an option (monetary restrictions, unfortunate closures, location). I have been looking for a copycat of the Sister’s Chicken and Biscuit restaurant’s amazing rice. It was the best rice and I have no idea what was in it. If you come across a Columbus, OH food blogger with a recipe I’d love that!

I’I am amazed that you included Buddha’Licious in Corolla NC in this list. I’ve actually eaten there several times, but it is unfortunately closed, as of sometime in 2018. I’m hoping that the next time we’re in the area that the sister restaurant, Agave Roja is still in business, because it has the best Mexican food I’ve ever eaten.
I can’t take credit for that one, it was contributed by another blogger! I have never been to either, but I hope you get to have it again!
