This recipe makes one giant chocolate peanut butter chip cookie all for yourself. Or you can divide into four if you prefer a small batch to share.
Today was supposed to the The Game, the biggest rivalry in college football between Ohio State and Michigan. But for the first time since 1918 (the rivalry dates further back but wasn’t every year), the two will not be facing off today. As you may have guessed it is due to high COVID positive tests (on the Michigan team).Â
Despite by desire to keep people safe, part of me still hoped that maybe they could have thrown together a last minute game against Purdue because their game against Indiana was also cancelled this weekend for high positivity on the Indiana team. Sure the B1G conference made the decision to let Ohio State play in the conference championship game despite only playing 6 games, but we shall see what good that will do when it comes to the playoffs.
Instead, tonight I will be watching at the Columbus Crew soccer team battle in the MLS cup! I thought about posting something black and yellow since those are their colors, but decided to stick to my usual #PBchocSat theme. So I baked a nearly 3/4 pound cookie for one.
Sure, you could divide the dough into 4 pieces to bake a small batch of four cookies, but why do that when you can have one giant one to yourself? Okay find Bob I’ll share half with you…
