Take a load off and check out this week’s meal plan featuring recipes from 6 different bloggers.
After two 4-day work weeks in a row I’m not sure I’m ready to go back to reality with 5 day work weeks. Not that I don’t go into work often on the weekends to do the odd task (the life of working in a lab), but still. There’s always so much to do and no matter how much time off I have I never seem to catch up on my ever growing list of things to do. Guess you just gotta live your life and enjoy it while getting by as best you can. With weather like we’ve been having, it’s not difficult to do the enjoying part ;-).
Take a load off and check out this week’s meal plan featuring one of my favorite burgers I’ve ever created, goat cheese stuffed bacon peach and basil burgers. Sounds kind of crazy but you just have to try it.

Erin, if you think you’re too busy to get things done now, wait until you retire. It only gets worse! (That’s not a complaint.) I haven’t gotten to look at your recipe yet, but it reminds me of what is probably the best pizza we’ve ever eaten, at Snake River Brewing in Jackson Hole, WY, which had an improbable list of toppings, and which is the only thing my husband has ever eaten in the time we’ve been married that took one bite to get a “WOW!!!” – that’s something he just doesn’t do. So I’ll definitely be checking it out.
Haha my dad tells me the same thing all the time, they are so busy! And I hope you like it – heck I want to turn it into a pizza now.
