I know when it comes to leftovers from the holidays, pie is not one that needs to be repurposed in order to convince people to eat it. Seriously, who is going to turn down a slice of pie with fresh whipped cream on top (or a la mode 🤤)? But you should set aside a slice tomorrow anyway to make this pumpkin pie milkshake on Friday. Heck I bet it works with apple pie too (maybe not pecan). Spike it with some rum as needed 😉.
