April Cookbook Club! We picked Something From Nothing AND Sweet Enough by Alison Roman @alisoneroman because we didn`t realize there were zero desserts in the first cookbook so we added the latter. Same author so it works, right? Gotta have dessert!

My favorites were the herbed artichoke dip, almost cassoulet, summer pudding, and extra coconut cake.

Pizza night looks a little different this week, taking a trip to the Mediterranean with Greek flavors on top of a Greek yogurt pizza crust.

March cookbook club - Good Things by @ciaosamin (author of Salt Fat Acid Heat).

Not a single dud in this batch. My favorites were the mint shrub, whipped tahini, roast potatoes, and fennel apple salad. There`s a few more recipes I`ve bookmarked to try later.

Funny side note: even though we have a Google spreadsheet for signing up, sometimes two people accidentally sign up for the same recipe. Which usually means we get to try two slightly different versions because of different brands of ingredients or slight adjustments to technique. This time was the buttermilk yellow cake 😅.

I was recently told that deviled eggs were very on brand for me. I didn`t realize how much truth was in that statement until I looked back at all my creations with eggs and beyond, including my latest creation - deviled egg cookies!
