In reply to Irene. Hi Irene, I just droppe the cookie ball into the muffin pan and it shaped themselves! A couple I had to add an indentation but most cam our with a sunken center already. As for the mini muffin tin, that's what I used so you can just follow as directed!

do you shape the cookie dough before it is baked or do you just drop the cookie ball dough in the muffin pan and they shape themselves?. Do you think this would work in a mini muffin pan if you used less dough?
