It’s just so different from a regular pizza with the cauliflower crust and the beets! But I actually don’t think beets have that strong of a flavor so I tend to enjoy them for their fun color. Granted I’ve only had them in things, never alone.

I actually have not tried that one, partly because beets don’t seem to get along with us, digestively speaking, and because my husband doesn’t care much for the flavor of beets. But I’ll be it tastes wonderful.
