					<description><![CDATA[I&#039;ve made this so many times now. Hubby is obsessed!
I make a double batch of crust and I add half a teaspoon each of dried oregano, thyme, rosemary, garlic granules, onion granules. Gives it a really nice Italian inspired flavour.
I find that the milk quantity is a bit too much and I always have to add extra flour, just adding a bit at a time until I get the right playdough consistency.
I&#039;ve also made with 1Tbsp olive oil per batch instead of butter when I ran out one day. Also turned out good, but prefer the butter crust. 
I roll the crust super thin to fit my ramekin and do it with 6 eggs and 3 Tbsp milk, chopped up sliced Edam and turkey. It takes probably 45 mins in my oven because of the bigger batch size. This makes 4 big slices.
We re-heat leftovers in the microwave, then dry fry it in a pan to make the crust crunchy again.
