My best burger creation has been a beef burger with pepperjack cheese, avocado, caramelized onions, and sauteed mushrooms. Plus all the regular fixings like lettuce and tomatoes. It was huge but SO delicious!

I think in honor of the turkey/sweet potato/Thanksgiving link I’d probably add a cranberry/mustard chutney as a topping. I’m going to pin your recipe and put it into this month’s menu plan. My family are die-hard mustard fans and this will undoubtedly be a new favorite.

LOVE the sound of the smokey chipotle mustard-mayo…. yeah, that could be a dangerous condiment right there. And the sweet potato goes perfect with the turkey burger. Digging it! :D Thanks for joining in on Burger Month!
