Used smoked Turkey and adjusted for portion size. A 28oz can of sauce,8oz of cream cheese and 1/2 cup of sour cream made a 9×13 pan (about 20) enchiladas. Used corn tortillas from a small tortillaria near us. Wd like spice so I topped with diced jalapeno. Sauce could not have been better. Thanks Erin

Directions don’t say when to add cojita cheese, so added with the other cheeses.
