This is another recipe that I would love to make into overnight oats, but I can’t figure out how to get the cream cheese into them. Ever since I had an apricot tree in the back yard of my first house, they have been a favorite fruit – when tree ripened. I know I could get the flavor from dried apricots, but the cream cheese is a definite obstacle.
