These sound like they are easily adaptable to my diet, although they’d still be a bit more carby than my usual. I like doing the figs from scratch. I’ll have to wait for fresh fig season, but I would love to try these. And I’m very sorry to hear that you lost your special cat. Some cats, like the one I married when I married my husband are just not forgettable, even after 14 years.
