In reply to Alison. Hey Alison, I always use unsweetened cocoa powder so yes it works! As for the bars, that's a great idea. I have not tried it personally to be able to provide guidance on time or pan size, however. I'd guess a 9x13-inch for 15-20 minutes to start. Enjoy!
