As someone who can sympathize with your husband, good luck. My husband is like you and always trying and failing to get me to eat more. But I will have to try the fish and chips for the cod. Fried things tend to make undesireable things more appealing haha.

From what I’ve been reading, it sounds like you could do almost anything with that fish and have it turn out well. I sort of envy you having a husband who likes fish – mine doesn’t (that’s why we go on long cruises, so he can eat his liver and onions and I can eat my fish…) I’m working on him to eat some shrimp that are not breaded and deep fried.
