Out of all those recipes listed, I’ve made exactly one: cream cheese chicken enchiladas – which we both loved. The biggest deterrent to making most of these recipes is all the baking, which I just don’t do. I did save the breakfast pizza recipe, because it sounds very good, but I’ll be using a different crust, one that doesn’t require an ingredient that requires constant baking… Happy New Year, Erin!
