I do fear that just like all the years prior to this that it will all be for nothing, but I hope that it can fuel change in leadership especially with the upcoming election, most definitely the president but also important are the local elected officials. I hope you do make this and I will be happy knowing to have made your day brighter by sharing it.

Beautifully said, Erin! We think alike on this. I find myself wondering why, if a creature is shaped like a human and talks like a human, and if that human-shaped creature is arrestable, that some people can’t see a human in front of them if their skin color is not identical to theirs. I have a horrible feeling like even this, with all the protests won’t be any help unless we can elect people who understand the need. I hope and pray we do that this year. This pizza strikes me as being the Italian-style equivalent to quesadillas (which are one of my favorite foods on the planet, when they are made with just Oaxaca cheese). Definitely need to try this one. It will clearly make the day I eat it better.
