Hopefully you can get your wrist taken care of, too. I have an iffy wrist, after waking up 2 days before we flew out for the long cruise, in severe pain. I was saved by a TENS unit and sleeping for several weeks in a splint, but it still periodically reminds me that I could have more pain at any time. One day, maybe I will do sourdough starter, because these waffles sound incredible.
