					<description><![CDATA[I remember fondly the days when I would collect all the neighbors&#039; pumpkins after Halloween and use them to make pumpkin butter (unfortunately that recipe is long gone from my possession).  When I had all the pumpkin baked - or while I was baking it - we would invariably have a power failure thanks to the Santa Ana winds that usually hit on the first or second of November.  These days Trader Joe&#039;s sounds like an excellent option.  and I like the sound of these cookies.  Just might have to try them, since our weather has suddenly gotten cool enough at night that popsicle season is past.]]></description>
