Hi Lisa, unfortunately I have not tested this cake with boxed cake mix or a bigger pan, but I would assume you could use boxed mix and follow the directions on the box for a bundt pan of your size. Also, your pan it’s that much bigger so you might be able to get away with the same filling/glaze but it can’t hurt to have more! Might take a little longer to bake if you have more filling, though. If you make it report back so I know!

You certainly could, just put half the batter between the cups, place the filling in the middle of each, and then top with remaining batter. Baked time will be shorter so check frequently. Alternatively, I have recipes for both Buckeye muffins and cupcakes:
