I like that you used a biscuit topping, instead of the usual cake like mixture that is normally used. I do that with pot pies, and my family loves it. And adding rosemary? What a unique flavor addition. I must try that!

In reply to The Food Hunter. It's so good! I love adding mint, thyme, rosemary and other herbs to my bakes goods. Not too much to overpower but just enough to give it depth.
