Ummm, you win for having the best pre-Valentine’s plans I’ve heard yet! Are you doing all three movies all the way through? My friends and I tried multiple times in college, but we always ended up fast forwarding through all the Frodo and Sam parts when we remembered we had to be up for class in just a few hours!

This looks so good. I love garlicky alfredo sauce and the fact that this is lighter is great! I’ve never cooked with hemp seeds before. It sounds like a great alternative to traditional flour.

I’m with you on not fighting the crowds on Valentine’s Day. J and I are planning to stay home, have a good meal, and play backgammon. Nice and low key. This alfredo looks fantastic. I wasn’t planning pasta, but it looks terrific.
