And here I thought it was a relatively quick soup recipe because it’s done in under 45 minutes and most of the cook time is roasting in the oven. Glad it was worth the effort regardless!

But she said I would have to cook it next time because it took too much time to cook, she is not much of a cook. I will cook it next time because it is a wonderful soup but I will not have to cook it for awhile as it is a large batch of soup for the two of us.
