I thought it was fun adding the celery and carrots into it because whenever I order buffalo wings they come with a side of carrots and celery which I dip in a mixture of buffalo sauce and ranch. I figured I'd just throw it all into one! But if you are still not convinced you can absolutely leave them out.

Thanks Leah! Honestly they didn't cook completely but I kind of liked it that way because it added a little texture to it. If you would prefer them to be softer you can definitely cook them first.

I love the idea of adding celery and carrots to the filling but I would think they would not cook thoroughly. Are they still crunchy?

That stinks! I'm sure stores near you carry something similar? Or you could get plain breaded chicken bites and add your own buffalo sauce?

These sound really great. And what I wouldn't give to have a Kroger's in my area now. I went to the Farm Rich page, and we have none of the stores on their list. Boo hoo!! I'm guessing I could probably figure out a way to do this on my own. Challenges are always good.
