In reply to Brandie. When you skip other options for salad you know it's good!

OH MY! You don’t even know how bad I want this right now. In our house, we have dinner salads about once a week during the spring and summer. In the fall and winter, we generally shift to soup once a week. But this?? I’m breaking all the rules — it’s going on the menu plan, baby!! Can’t wait! #client

In reply to spiffycookie. As usual, you have a solution for my issues. Actually, I'd thought about apple cider mixed with orange peel. All your good solutions are what keep me in trouble… ???? Keep them and the good recipes coming!

In reply to Susan. Hahaha I love that you keep making my recipes! As for this salad you could easily use regular apple cider (maybe add some orange juice), blend some apple butter with maple syrup, and then just use regular tortilla chips.
