Erin, I have to confess that I told him about my plan… and he agreed that it would be difficult to get him to try this pizza. The one I made tonight has pizza sauce (usually roasted garlic Alfredo), hot Italian sausage, sun-dried tomatoes, dried basil and mozzarella cheese. It’s supposed to be a stove-top recipe but I do it in my electric skillet. And your pizza sauce worked very nicely, even with the sun-dried tomatoes, which seemed like they might overkill before eating it. As a side-note, your pizza recipes have made it difficult for me to acquiesce to ordering Papa John’s, which gets suggested to me periodically when I’m feeling too tired to cook. :-)

Hahaha sneak attacks work if you butter them up first ;-). As for your pizza from tonight, I’d love to know what toppings are on it.
