Yay for new houses!! Good luck with the move!! I LOVE this dish! It looks like something you’d get in a restaurant… the presentation is so pretty. Such a fun way to mix up the usual chicken parm!

This recipe sounds intriguing – definitely different, which is good.

Glad to hear the house you wanted worked out. Even if the answer turns out to be negative, it is always good to ask for things, because if you don’t ask you won’t get. Hope the temps stay better for you with this move.
