These sound wonderful. I’d love to do sourdough starter, but we travel for extended periods, so I’m concerned about leaving it in the fridge. We’re talking 2-4 months at a time away from home. I’m definitely going to have to learn more about sourdough starter (yes, I know you’ve done a post about that, but it basically went over my head…) :-)

Erin – I have the same plate as you! I love it. Nothing says, “Goodmorning,” like a wonderful stack of pancakes. Great recipe. :)
