That’s a personal preference. I always make mine with milk and think it tasted better that way, but since there is dry milk powder in it, technically you can you water.

Margaret, I have definitely added cinnamon to my hot chocolate mixes in the past! And coconut is on my list – both using coconut milk to mix it in and maybe even coconut sugar in the mix.
