I’m going to be one of THOSE commenters. I have sun-dried tomatoes not in oil. I’m going to try it with those instead of the patting dry oil packed ones. I love the use of tapioca in there. It’s a slow cooker must!

There really is just not enough time in the day and room in my belly! I do vote for you coming up to visit again…but I also won’t say no to a trip to Seattle! :P
