I will definitely trust you on this flavor combination, unusual as it sounds. Last summer we stopped at Snake River Brewing in Jackson Hole WY and THE BEST pizza on the planet. It had chorizo, peaches, BBQ sauce, goat cheese – and in the non-peach season they apparently do it with figs. So I’m putting this on my list of recipes to try. :-) And I sure hope one of these companies is smart enough to hire you.

These sound absolutely fabulous! I love stuffed burgers… and all the toppings on this one sound like they go together amazingly… love that sweet peach with the salty bacon!

OOh, I’ve had a few different meals where meat + fruit were combined and they were SO good. Love the combination of flavors and textures here! And sending good vibes for the job! =)
