In reply to Jeff. Jeff, I am sorry it is my fault. I wrote the wrong amount for flour. Should have been 1-3/4 cups not 2 cups. I will fix it now and suggest adding a tablespoon of milk if they are still too dry. I hope they still tasted good!

So I made them last night, but the dough was a bit dry. I was unable to roll them into balls, so instead I used an ice cream scoop. However while baking they did not spread out at all, so they came out as semi-circles. This did not seem quite right.

Oh heavens, these look SO good! I wish you lived closer, and I would’ve traded you a few of my salted caramel cookies for these. YUM! Now I’m totally craving chocolate – off to treat myself to a little something. =)
