I made banana bread last week so I am just going to say I was ahead of the game with the whole National Banana Bread Day. I haven’t ever caramelized bananas before using them. I can imagine this is very bit as good as you said.

What a brilliant idea to caramelise the banana before adding it to the batter – I’m sure that the flavor is lovelt that way! This loaf looks gorgeous, wow. I cannot wait for my bananas to ripen so as to make this as soon as possible.
