Living on the border with Mexico I’m definitely interested in this book. It is really difficult to pick a favorite food from this part of the world. Right now my favorite would probably be a mole salad dressing I learned to make from a chef at a resort near Cancun. BTW, if you make flour tortillas, which I do all the time, you do not need a press; just a rolling pin and pastry mat. I got a press, but have not have had time to try making corn tortillas. I love making my own tortillas, because that way you can have great ones no matter where you live. I hope you enjoy making them when you get around to doing it.
