One cup of prepare mix would probably make enough to serve about 4-6 people, depending on their level of hunger lol. I know some people can eat 6 pancakes in one sitting.

I’m considering replacing the all-purpose flour with mesquite flour – the idea came to me when I read that you can store the mix in the freezer indefinitely, and I was thinking about how I’d find room in the freezer with all the mesquite flour that is currently in it. I’m curious to know how many servings you get when you mix up the batter as you have described here. Thanks.
