We just got some new Corelle mugs here at the beach, and when I made this mac & cheese as an emergency dinner tonight in the new mugs, the microwave stayed clean! The shape of the mugs is narrow at the bottom, tapered so it’s toward the top (2″ at bottom, 3.25″ at top, outside measurements). Thought you might like to know… (That perfects this recipe.)
