The batter also tasted real strong of baking powder. The pumpkin may have been lost due to the Dark Cocoa, I will say after they cooked they were pretty good Chocolate Pancakes. I will try less cocoa powder next time and/or more pumpkin. Great idea. :) Anyone else have the baking powder issue?
