We loved this recipe! We used nice big chunks. My husband loved it. I could have gone for some more veggies though. We had a nice big side of broccoli.

Girl must love her chili powder cuz it was in the spam recipe too. Its great to hear these were good. I would have popped more veggies on there too. Darnit! Now I want to try them.

I’m with ya… I love more veggies on my kebobs and yours look spectacular! I bet this recipe made a yummy meal. Great idea using some of the marinade over brown rice. Yum!

Love the addition of green peppers! The smaller chunks seem easier to bite too! Loved this and will definitely be making again when it is warm out.
