In reply to Marcy. Definitely should form a dough. What do you mean by "loose"? Is it too dry and crumbling apart or too wet and won't hold a shape? If it's too dry, try adding a little more cream cheese or a tablespoon of milk. If it is too wet try adding more powdered sugar or dry cake mix. Hope that works!

The dough is not forming together and is very (loose). Is this supposed to happen?

In reply to Lauren. Store them in the fridge becausethey are made with dairy products. But they can sit at room temperature while serving. Enjoy!

Do you bake the cake mix first or just leave it dry.
