In reply to Emily @ Life on Food. Omg it was AWFUL. I tried so hard to open that pumpkin (one of the baking ones) and had to compose myself enough to not slam it on the ground. The whole pumpkin wound up in the garbage. Never again--I'm right there with you.

Oh what a great cookbook!! Frosting definitely go beyond a cupcake or cookie. Love this pumpkin spice cream cheese recipe. I had no idea she was from Central NY!! So cool!
