I’m grateful for all the years I’ve been making Hungarian dumpling noodles (which are much, much easier). I live in a good-sized city that is really provincial when it comes to having different foods. I only used half the batch of gnocchi for this. I enjoyed the dish, but my husband wasn’t too fond of it, so I’m guessing I won’t be making it again… :-( It was still a good experience, even though it wore me out, what with making the gnocchi and all!
