					<description><![CDATA[Super delicious crust and topping.  I tweak it a little bit and added 1/4 cup of cornmeal..  I love the beer in the dough it makes it so tender and Delicious and I am not even a beer drinker.  Most pizza dough is heavy this is very light and fluffy. I did not have pizza yeast so I used the regular kind and let it raise for an hour before  using  it for pizza.   I also used cast iron skillet and baked the dough at 400 first for 15 mintues.
