I hear ya about wedding season! It’s nonstop for me But I love it. :) Honey and lime are such an amazing combination. I had this amazing honey lime tilapia in the caribbean – so good!

I love that you included the rind in the marinade. My summer dinners rotate between chicken and beef kebabs and this is being added to the routine! Enjoy the weddings!

Mmm, these seem perfect for summer. I am pretty much obsessed with good, local honey these days, putting it on everything! And lime can do no harm, either. I’ll have to try these!
