I modified this recipe.
Doubled the crust.
Used a full pound of hot pork sausage
4 eggs
1 cup ricotta
1 -2 tbsp chopped parsley
1/2 tsp onion powder
Salt and pepper
1/4 lb sandwich pepperoni
Mix the ricotta, parsley, onion powder, and salt and pepper. Smear this down the middle of the dough. Leave space to fold over the the meats, cheese and eggs. Bake for 15 minutes or until crust is baked through.
