Before I went vegetarian, my mother made a recipe like this and it was MY FAVORITE. So damn good! I’m sure yours is just as delicious.

mmm, this looks fab! I love crispy breaded chicken like this for a quick weeknight meal + the basil cream sauce sounds great. throw that on a big pile of pasta + i’m one happy gal!
