What a fun cookbook to have and try out! My husband is part Norwegian so this would be a ton of fun to have around.

I think I would fall in love with chocolate and blueberries combined togehter as well. I love the two of them but never thought of combining them together. Great idea!

Don’t let her lie to you. While she was at school I was fixing her apartment and making the Caramelized Apple Cakes. Yes MY results did not look like the picture they had but these are very delicious. Also highly recommend the mini muffin pans as then they become a nice easy pop-able snack.
