Hmmm, this is the first time I have heard of almond butter and I am guessing, with the creative minds of bakers like you, we will be seeing most of the nuts being made into butter as well?:p

I’ve never actually had almond butter, but people seem to love it so I should get on that. I used to omit things from my grocery list all the time thinking I had them, and after being wrong a million times I’ve finally started checking more often to make sure :)

Seems like you made a good mistake! Got to love homemade nut butters:-)

I never could figure out the constellations at all! I would believe you if you told me it was upside down:-)
