I LOVE the stuff.

I figured out the hard way, that it was important to leave out the additions (dried fruits, chocolate, etc) while I baked the granola – – I like my granola extra crunchy so I would always end up with brunt dried fruits. Since then, I make my extra crunchy granola add the fruits after and then dive in!!
