Oooh I love making a big dish of lasagna and having leftovers forever. This is a great option now that it’s cold and all I want is soup! I so appreciate your feeding (ha) my soup addiction.

I love the idea of this soup! I have seen it a couple of times, and it tempts me every time! I am going to have to make it soon! The bread sounds like the perfect pairing too!

This sounds so tasty! I love lasagne too but would never have thought of making a soup using the flavours. Those little ricotta blobs look delicious too.
