Unlike you though, I ended up making a second batch and I ate almost all of them. And then my pant size grew about 5 times larger than it was pre-cookie-debacle.

These look really good! My husband is a huge fan of chocolate and mint (and I am slowly coming around to it)…these would be perfect for him!
