I loovvee roasted pumpkin and winter squash seeds with just a little salt..but i just know this pumpkin pie spice would really take them up a notch!

Ha! my favorite thing about carving pumpkins is gathering the seeds for roasting! My husband and our friends call me a seed nazi! Even better than roasting the seeds?? running my hands through them while they are slimy! I thought I was the only person on earth that LIKES the feeling of pumpkin guts and seeds ;o)

I need to get with the program and roast some pumpkin seeds. I have made puree twice already these past few weeks. I held on to the seeds and never got around to roasting them that I finally had to throw them out. I plan on whipping up some more puree this weekend and now I have to get roasting because I use to love eating roasted pumpkin seeds. I am totally missing out! :)

Yum! I love roasted pumpkin seeds, and its always fun to try something besides the standard olive oil and salt. P.s. I love the feeling of slippery seeds, too!
